How to Delete Your Account

As a user of Lexri, you're trusting us with your information. We understand this responsibility and work hard to protect your information and put you in control.
This page explains how to permanently delete your Lexri account and all associated data.

Delete Your Account from the App

Open the Lexri app : Log in to your account.
Open App Setting Page : Tap the setting icon in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings : Select "Settings".
Find Close Account : Scroll down and tap "Close Account".
Confirm deletion : You will be asked to confirm your decision. Tap "Delete".
Account delete : Your account and all associated data will be permanent delete.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Account information (email address, profile details)
Chat history and conversations
Uploaded documents (PDFs)
AI-generated content and responses
App preferences and settings

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law:

Transaction and billing records (up to 7 years, as required by UK tax and accounting regulations)
Data necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or resolving disputes

This retained data is stored securely and is not used for any other purpose.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the Lexri app (for example, lost device or unable to log in), you can request account deletion by email.

Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Include in your email:

The email address registered with your Lexri account
A brief statement requesting account deletion

Our team will verify your identity and process your request.
